Worst Airlines with worst call center executives as well. I am to travel today( 1st Nov 2013), the day before Diwali from Chennai to Trivandrum. The flight SG-3307, which is to start at 6: 00 in the evening has been rescheduled to 10: 40 at night. It has not been the first in my case but ever.
The airline has never got punctuality be it onward or return journey between Chennai and Trivandrum.
Please never choose this flight though the prices looks attractive. You will be more than delayed. They just send a regret sms in the last minute so that you are left with no other options.
When I called up the executive, I received an answer as "What do you want me to do? ".
I would rather just Indigo or Jet.
