I have traveled many times through this airline and faced the same issue of punctuality 80% of time.
They are not on time most of the time and get cancelled sometimes also.
I faced 3-4 hours of delay one time and small delays other times but most important they cancelled the flight when I had to travel for interview.
I recommend not to opt for this airline if you are going on time critical trip.
