I booked five SpiceJet Flight ticket from Kolkata to Goa around six months back which I cancelled before 10 days of departure due to personal reason.
Soon after the cancellation the telecaller informed me that the ticket has been cancelled and money will reflect in account within five working days. Few days after, I checked my bank account and found out that SpiceJet had not refunded my money. I spoke with SpiceJet telecaller executive but they told me some stupid reason of human error. When I asked telecaller executive to transfer my call to manager he refused and hanged up the call. This reflects the bad Behaviour of STAFF. For reference I have attached the cancellation screenshot
After repeated request also they are not taking any of my complaints seriously and they are fooling me since six months.
Moreover the flight is also not PUNCTUAL, it always gets delayed one hour or more. Regarding SEATING SPACE, I would say that flight lack seating space.
So guys I have stopped travelling in SPICEJET and request everyone to think twice before choosing SpiceJet.
