This is one of the highly unprofessional owned & managed airlines. Seems to be owned by by politician’s. as staff is never courteous & never willing to co-operate and suggest other options to passengers in case of delay and information flow is so pathetic (need to search the right word in oxford dictionary)
Flights are cancelled / delayed leaving passengers stranded on Airport for several hours. In case of catching connecting flight, I would never recommend to fly with Spice otherwise you might end-up in cancelling your rest journey and will create a big chaos to all your planning..
Ultimately, decision is yours.. enjoy flying except Spice and add your spice by reaching destination on time.
