We all know staff is rude, flights get delayed and cancelled and there is little or no help from this airline that is struggling to keep aflot itself.
However, we only fly this airline for their low prices. You will never fly spice jet if Jet/Air India or Indigo is available for same price or even a little premium.
So if anyone has issues, buy an expensive ticket next time.
