I travelled from Goa To Mumbai on 5th April in SG804 flight. First the check in staff was very rude and she gave us incorrect boarding pass we realised it before boarding itself else everything would have been collapsed. Secondly, the cabin crew in flight wasn’t polite to us she was looking at everyone in bad angle god only knows the reason for it.
Air conditioner wasn’t working we were literally sweating all over the journey on 37, 000ft height. Landing was too bad. Next time i’ve decided not travel in any of their flights. We were a group of 6 people and none of us gained any professional respect from your ground staffs as well as your cabin crews.
These guys are the cheapest airline not only by money but also in behaviour. Treat the people as people. Without us you guys are not!!
