I have booked the ticket from Madurai to chennai.It has been cancelled without my knowledge and my confirmation as am thinking my ticket is confirmed and got surprised that my ticket has been cancelled when I checked with customer care and they also fooled by telling worst policy and not refunded my money also.i feel very bad about that why I choosen spicejet and booked.moreover they announced fake offer as less and charging more after they themselves done cancellation without our knowledge.so people awake and be careful with spicejet.Better stop booking the tickets with Spicejet and won’t recommend to anyone.
