I had booked 3 tickets during the month of March 2020.Due to the ongoing lockdown, and since I had to travel during the month of July, the flight got cancelled.So they transferred my amount to credit shell mode.But according to the Supreme Court Rule, full amount should be refunded to the customers and that too immediately. So I contacted clear trip through which I had done booking.Then they told me that it is my duty to refund my amount from spice jet.Then one thing I didnt understand is that why are they running an app which has no job at all.Just for collecting money and getting their commission. Since the amount belongs to me, I contacted spicejet customer care and I had written a lot of emails regarding my refund.Till now they havent processed my payment.So I think I should take up this issue to the online consumer portal and register a case against Spicejet.
