I flew from PUNE to BANGALORE on the date 25/04/08, FRIDAY at about 4.15 pm by SPICE JET SG-217 CARRIER, I HAVE never had a worse experience in my life. Even government offices
treat you with more respect than the staff at SPICE JET AIR HOSTESS.
I have travelled international flights for more than 25 years of my life, BECAUSE I LIVE AND WORK AS A DOCTOR IN NEWYORK, but I never had this kind of treatment, what I have gone through SPICE JET AIR STEWARDESS THE ABOVE NAMED, .
Folks BEWARE OF YOUR HOLDING, ESPECIALLY YOUR CAMERA MOBILE PHONE, IN YOUR HAND.
THE story begins, during the process of take off , I was holding my mobile phone in my hand to try to switch it off, because it may interfere with air navigation system, during this period one of the passenger flashed his camera inside the flight, as soon as the flash appeared, the above named rushes towards the passengers interogating who took the photo they keep shouting and screaming, passengers try to keep asking them to calm down, but they never listen they behaved like MINDLESS, STUPID, IDIOTS, BEHAVE LIKE FEMALE ROWDYS, .Unfortunately I was holding my mobile phone in my hand, they told me, you took the photos, tell me the truth, I said no, why should I take your photos, you are not kind came from heaven as Urvashi, Menaka or Ramba or Celebrity, Eventhough MOHINI{GODDESS OF BEAUTY} came in front of me STILL I DON’T WANT TO TAKE THE PHOTOS WHY SHOULD I TAKE YOUR PHOTOS, what is the purpose, they told me they are going to throw me out of the aircraft. I was so surprised way they behave, it is worst night mare for me, I didn’t want to make any scene out there, I told them I didn’t take the photos clearly, they snatched my camera mobile phone that is NOKIA N 95, and try to open the camera, but they didn’t know how, they asked me to show the photos, I opend the photos gallery, and showed them, there was’nt any photos .Then throwd my mobile camera to me, without asking any appolgy, I was so shocked way they behaved being a women, still I am getting nightmare.
I want to ask SPICE JET MANAGEMENT team how they are training this kind of AIR HOSTESS, THEY should train them how to behave with the clients., May be they don’t want to know, because we are in INDIA we should treat the clients like rudely, by ROWDY WAY, then only we INDIANS learn, otherwise we don’t., THIS KIND OF CONCEPT, SPICE JET MANAGEMENT TEAM HAD. I DON’T KNOW, They should learn how to behave, by looking atleast other domestic or international flights air hostess.
I HOPE THEY WILL BE DISCEPLINED AND TEACH ANGER MANAGEMENT AND WARN THEM NOT TO BEHAVE SO RUDELY TOWARDS SPICE JET CLIENTS.THEY ARE GIVING THE BAD NAME TO THE SPICE JET, MAY BE THEY ARE GOING TO LOOSE THE CLIENTS IN THIS COMPETATIVE AIRLINE BUSINESS.
