Rescheduled to two days later, so do not rely if you are on a tight program and need to be somewhere urgently. The crew does not insist on mask.
Considering the severity of what we have gone through in this pandemic, I was expecting them to be strict on this like they do for the tray table, window shade and seat belt.

Rescheduled twice and again delayed by two days. If one has connections from far and need train reservation etc., you will be royally stuck.
Spicejet started this flight service twice/week. They made it everyday to collect passengers. But effectively it flies 2 or 3 times/ week, after accumulating a full flight. Inconveniencing and unreliable if it’s a tight plan. There is no distancing whatsoever and crew just dont insist on masking.
Instead of 2, I had 3 handbags of small sizes and was willing to pay if asked. Nothing at check-in but at security they were guarding like hawks and weighing like its gold. This is very inconveniencing as you have to again come back to the check-in queue to pay. One gentleman was asked to pay for 3kgs at check in but when he went to security, he was sent back to pay for 5kgs. The ground duty staff was unable to convince the ones at security check and the passengers were made to bear with jostling and running around to pay in an already overcrowded airport with no social distancing.
Earlier to this, I had booked in June and it got rescheduled, a delay of 1 hour 45 minutes first and the customer care executive said since its less than 2 hours, there will not be a refund. Though later that also got delayed by over 4 hours.
Food was served onwards but on return leg, they suddenly discovered there is covid, so nothing was served.
Only one host, on SG 209, spoke both hindi and english immaculately, kept everyone entertained and made the journey bearable.
