I am a business traveler and a frequent flyer.
This airlines has:
1> No tele check-in;
2> Online checkin means you cannot carry any check-in baggage;
3> You have to be at airport 90 min. before flight to manually check-in.
Above policies are purposefully inconveniencing for business travelers.
I guess Spicejet rule is cheap service is means they can give cheap tickets. I would like to know which managerial jackass made up such infantile business policies? I believe Spicejet policies are extremely anti-customer, and this airlines is yet to enter the 21st century.
Please book on other airlines for peace of mind and safety of travel.
