Charged for Failed Online Booking, No Refunds Yet.

We were trying to book online on Spicejet on 17 May 2015. The booking process failed on their website just after we had entered all the payment and card details. On calling customer care, they told us the booking could did materialize as they did not receive the payment from our card.


On the other hand, they went ahead and charged our credit card and are not reversing the charge on the card. As on date, they continue to be in illegal possession of our funds. We are being harassed and having to follow up again and again with the card issuing bank and the airline.
