I really appreciate the customer care executives response and assistance on spice jet toll free. They have helped in getting my refund amount post flight departure. Actually I had been provided wrong info by the bangalore airport staff on cancelling the ticket, that cancellation can only be processed calling toll free after flight departure time which was in fact should be initiated two hours before flight departure as per rule.
When informed the same to customer care executive’s they had considered and refunded my amount post flight departure.
