I got message from them 5 days before that my flight got cancelled. There are only two customer care number on their website out of which one is never active.
If we dial second number it takes around half hour till we hold the line. I couldn’t yet contact them for cancelling my flight. I dont know about my refund. they are not bothered to call me by themselves even once as mistake is from there side.
