So I have to share his incident which took place few weeks ago.
I was travelling from gorakhpur to jaipur and I had a connecting flight from GKP TO DELHI and DELHI TO JPR .
So before reaching GKP airport I received a msg saying my flight is delayed due to some technical error, and its delayed for 45 mins.
I waited at the airport, again an announcement was made saying it has been delayed for another 1 hour.
I was totally scared because I had to catch another AIR ASIA flight from delhi .
somehow I reached delhi and it was already very late.
eventually I missed my AIR ASIA flight which was on right time.
I further went to the customer support counter of SPICE JET.
I asked them to atleast arrange something for me as I was new in delhi and I had nobody there.
At first they kept me waiting for very long and later the grund staff told me there is nothing we can do about this, i was so annoyed by the behaviour .
Later she gave me a FLIGHT DELAY CERTIFICATE and very rudely she asked me to leave.
I had to take a hotel nearby for a night .
this was the last time I travelled with SPICE JET and I am never going to in future.
