Helli guys. I have travelled with spicejet only once. They had given me such a bad expirence in one trip I never dare to try second flight trip with spicejet.
I was travelling from kerala to mumbai by spicejet. The flight was schedule at 11.00 AM in morning from kerala. When we check-in with luguage, the spicejet members didnt tell us that flight is delayed. When clock reaches 10: 45, they announces that flight is delayed by 2 hours. So we waited for 2 hours. After two hours they said it will come at 6 in evening. So we have to wait for that long duration and no one come to us asking for meal or anything.
After entering the flight, the flight crew was acting like it is a normal delay not a big thing.
It was worst expierence for me.
