We were travelling from Mumbai to Coimbatore on flight no. SG 109 on 29th April 10 , the flight was on time and we were in great mood as we were going on a vacation. Everything was nice till I ordered " Veg. Kathi Roll " on the flight. While eating , some foreign material came in my mouth , to my shock I found out that it was a peace of electrical wire , bright blue in colour.
The peace was 1/2" in length , I called the attendant and showed them , they were also quite shocked but kept saying that they had never experienced it before which is very usual for anybody to say when such things happen on board. They promptly gave me the form for complaint and also returned Rs.150/- which was its cost. We all know that food is too expensive on flights but can we not at least expect it to be hygienic ?
I must say that the careless behaviors of kitchen staff is same at a roadside dhaba in some village or SpiceJet flight kitchen.
