While booking the ticket process was very smooth and payment promptly accepted by airline. later came to know that flights were cancelled by airline. THEIR STAFF IS TRAINED TO SEND STEREO TYPE ANSWERS THROUGH ALL CHANNELS, BUT WILL NOT ATTEND TO THE CUSTOMER’S ISSUES AT ALL. to get the refund itself, I had to literally fight. Even went to level of Aviation Ministry in India. after nearly 8 months of bombarding them, the refund was effected. however I could still see scores of NEGATIVE reviews all over. AIRLINE HAS BEEN ON A LOOTING SPREE. NOT WORK KEEPING FAITH IN THEM.
