I have called to customer care and I had few questions but the customer service representative Ms.Pooja was very much irritated to give proper information and she was very rude, I call for my flight ticket confirmation and to select the charges and the discussion was about the charges for seat selection, if any one has experience of spice jet please write it in comments for my reference detail of my flight ticket is flight SG 456 dated 17-Nov-2017 departing at 8: 20 pm from bangaluru to mumbai and the tickets were booked for my family members. Please note I have called spice jet customer care once it was my first and last experience.
