SpiceKlub gets many things right
-> Staff is courteous despite being super busy. They don’t rush you. You order, eat and enjoy at your own pace.
-> They have a very distinct unique selling point in the creativity of their food, particularly their snacks and deserts.
-> The food tastes awesome.
Given all of this, they are able to get away with charging the premium.
My recommendations:
-> Dont eat the main course. Have lots of varied snacks and then move on to the desert.
-> Love their bubbling Kulfi. It is impossible to describe why, but you can mix your own flavour to your liking on your table, and the kulfi doesnt melt while you do it. And it was tasty too!
-> Love the paani puri. Having the water in the test-tubes allows you to mix stuff as you want, and make everything to your taste.
-> Love the Pav Wada,
Not so fond of: Pav Bhaji(a bit cheesy and heavy), chana kulcha(the taste was ok, the serving style was unique), the papad platter(some of the papads are yum, like the sabudana ones, but it became too much for even 8 of us to finish), naanza(was more like a pizza)
Note: These dishes were also good, it is just that when there is so much better stuff to be had, you want to save the space to try newer things:-)
