Oh pleaseeee, give me a break, what do we want to see in a superhero? Amazing stunts, breathtaking maneuvers, awesome fights, and kill the villain in the end and make all of us feel that we killed the villain and we go home happy, right?
No, wrong! If you take the story of Spiderman 2. I bet the girls would love this movie, it seems like it has been written by some guy / girl who wrote Mills & Boons novels, its just too mushy for a action comic superhero story.
I don’t want to see Spiderman or Superman become weak and have so much self pity.
On the positive side, the special effects are awesome, but would have loved to see more of it, the villain is coool with his octopus mechanical hands, as a matter of fact I liked him better than Toby in this movie ;)
As for the heroine of the movie, boy she cant act for nuts, she has no expression on her face whatsoever, I didn’t find one bit of a difference from the last time I saw her in the movie ’Mona Lisa Smile’. This babe reminds me of the heroine of a recent Tamil movie called ’Jay Jay’.
Well folks I would suggest you see this movie on a VCD / DVD at home before you waste your money at the theaters and then repenting, unless your wife / girlfriend wants to see a mushy mushy spidey movie :)
