Very Poor Service

I am using Spidigo Broadband connection now for 11 months at Gota, Ahmedabad. They give constant speed in my first plane which was 4 Mbps Unlimited for 9 months. For first 7 months, I got speed without any trouble.


The problem starts when I shift to another place just 1km from my old space. I like to share some incidence on this plate form.


1) When I contact them the first time for new plan they come on the second day for selling my plane, but when I call them to set connection in my new place they took 7 days.


2) Thet set air guide at my place which didn’t work properly and it disconnect when there is little rain and was unable to use the internet. They took 48 hr. to come at my place reconnect my connction, but after reconnecting my connection it works only 1-2 days because of rain I lost it. again I wait for their person to come and fix it still they do not have fix solution or it.


3) After the end of my plane, I renew my plan because there is no other broadband in my society. They come on next day to collect money after they start my plane my connection stats only 10 minutes and it stops working. I call them and they say they come in 48hr, I wait 2 days they don’t come, I call them another time they say we will come next day but they not come. they took 9 days to call me I was at my home and he says there is no buddy at my home at that time he realised the he goes to my old place. I have nothing to say him. How is that Possible that he got my old address.


At the end want to say that they have very poor service and they do not have that technology to provide a good experience to their customers.
