This is a company that surely should be booked under section 420.
They take money from people for services and they don’t deliver.
In Ahmedabad they have one phone number - that mostly is busy. If by any chance there is a nondescript local who picks up the phone - all that he says is " I will forward your request".
There is apparently a manager too - some Parikh who does not have a phone number and is never reacheable - because "we cannot forward" as the "customer support" guy rattles off.
Imagine another company who takes money for an entire 7 months in advance and fails to deliver services for 40 long days.
Now these are companies backed by pseudo entrepreneurs who not just mess up Gujarat’s reputation - but also Indias. People coming to Gujarat from outside realise the mess they have gotten into when they have only one service provider and their monopoly gets into their head.
These companies bring a real bad name to other Indian companies and to India.
