Right from the beginning, the service has been worse imaginable. after giving money to sales guy, he promised to get it installed in 4 days. 8 days went by, and no one came. the office people didnt even know they had to give us connection.
I had opted for a speed of 2mbps during day, and 4 mbps by night. now since I am an online gamer, a reliable speedy connection is a must. but since the beginning, one thing I was always sure of was that I will never ever get good speed continuously. works for 2 mins, stops working completely for 2 mins, again works a little while, stops working again. my previous 512 kbps bsnl plan gave me better speeds.
I was fooled into replacing the reliable bsnl for this spidigo. YOU SHOULD FIRST CHANGE YOUR NAME FROM SPIDIGO TO SLOWIGO.
After this horrible speed, the customer service was even more horrid. Half the times, their phone is busy. when they pick up, they promise to call back, but they never do. I call again and a different person picks up, who promises to call back again and never does and the cycle goes on. if someone has any advice for me, I would gladly welcome it, because I have paid 13k for a year long of sh*** service.
