Worst service and Connectivity

My Customer ID is "Timirpatel" .I am facing problem in internet speed. I was on plan of  2MBPS, Today Morning I have upgraded my Plan to 4MBPS. still not getting the Actual Speed I have paid for. I am attaching the screenshot here. I am getting 0.15MBPS instead of 4MBPS(18000 Plan). Every Morning I have to register my complain about speed issue.


They guys otherside says that it will be resolved we have rebooted so restart the system. I do the same but nothing happens and the service engineer they say is on the way but since three to four days no has visited our place. Please look screenshot  & do the needful  ASAP.
