Fed up with the internet in just 2 weeks :(

I bought a Spidigo internet connection  on 17th December 2013 keeping a positive note in mind about its network and speed. Even I was assured about the reliable service of spidigo by your sales executive Devsingh Prajapati before getting an internet connection.


He even assured me that in case I face some genuine connectivity issues or speed issues, it will be resolved very soon and if that connectivity or speed problems continue longer and its not resolved, I can even claim back refund amount for the same and that way he convinced me to buy an internet connection by calling daily and assuring me that " Don’t worry, if you face any issue, you can either call me or the customer care and it will be resolved at the earliest". So with this assurance, I decided to opt for the spidigo connection.


But with the service I am getting, I really feel awful for this spidigo internet connection. From the very first day, network issues started. Each and every day, net gets disconnected for 4-5 times. I never got even 3-4 hrs continuous connectivity. It was totally disappointing. Initial 2-3 days, I just took it lightly considering it a minor issue. But I was wrong. Its a daily issue I am facing now since the connection. Just 15 days of connection and more than 20 complaints registered and closed. Its just ridiculous service and the customer care dept each time registers new complaint and closes the same with no proper solution for the issue.


Even I am unable to discuss my issue with any higher post person for the proper solution. Whenever I asked the customer care executive to please allow me to speak to some higher executive, the response was


’ ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO TALK, THE PERSON IS NOT AVAILABLE, I CANT TRANSFER MY CALL, etc etc


Even the sales executive, Devsingh Prajapati is not receiving my calls now and just avoiding it. It literally proves the guilt character of your executive and your company.
