I brought car from spinny on 21st April 23, after driving less than 100 km on 30th April car lost the pickup so I contacted the hub manager, he told me to connect with customer car(after delivery he will never entertain you) so I called them and registered compliant, person from inspection team came and inspected the vehicle and told the vehicle need to be scan and wiring and engine to be check, in the evening other person came and took the car to spinny hub(As informed to me), after 5 days follow-up no reply, when I called them each time they direct to other team no one is given any clear answer and not sharing car location with me, I sent mail but still no improvement, now I decided to go to consumer court. Please dont trust them, 200 check points, hand-picked cars all are false statements. Please don’t waste your money. Never trust them. They are corporate theft.
