I had high hopes from Spinny because they show a lot of ads about trust and quality. But my experience was completely opposite. I bought a second-hand car from them, and within a week, I started facing problems with the engine and AC.
They promised 200-point inspection and good condition, but clearly, the car was not properly checked. When I contacted customer support, they kept delaying and didn’t give proper help. Even the free service they promised was cancelled without reason.
I trusted Spinny because of their branding, but I feel completely cheated. I had to spend extra money on repairs within just a few days. The car looked good from outside, but the internal condition was very poor.
Not recommended at all. Please don’t go by ads – check everything carefully before buying. I’m giving 1 star only because they delivered the car on time. Very disappointed
