I purchased a Spinny used car on May 17, 2025.
In just 36 days, and with less than 100 km of usage, the car developed a major clutch and flywheel failure.
After inspection, Tata Motors confirmed the issue. However, Spinny:
Refused to approve the repair under warranty
Claimed it was wear and tear
Now wants to return the car to me unrepaired and unusable
This is extremely disappointing. For a company that promises quality-checked used cars, this shows poor inspection and no ownership of after-sales responsibility.
Ive contacted them multiple times via app, calls, and email with no fair resolution.

Buyers please be cautious and ask clearly about what is and isnt covered under warranty.
