I had bought balvano car no up15 de 3894 on 24 june 2023 from Spini Lucknow which met with an accident on 28 July 2023 yet the vehicle was not transferred in my name and the insurance is also in the name of the first party and I went to Spini for its insurance claim Complaint was raised on 27 July 2023 and today is 13th August 2023 and I have not received any satisfactory reply from spinni they only say that your complaint has been forwarded to the insurance team, it has been 15 days now I had bought 60 thousand expensive car from the market price only for service and Spinney’s service is zero these people are fraud they only harass the customer no one should buy car from them I will also take legal action against Spinny
