Usually, I am not the one to comment because companies selling products are supposed to do well that’s their basic duty.
But I like to really appreciate the efforts of Splash fragrance for the following reasons -
They provide niche perfumes from Fragrances houses that do not sell in India
In the past I have done blind buy and regretted it later, they are the only ones in the entire country who provide 2.5 ml, 5ml or 10 ml at resonable decants to test perfumes without diluting quality in any way providing an option which in our country so far was not possible as we don’t have fragrancetica etc sending samples.
It’s not a cheap quality rip off chemicals, I remember the first time I ordered from Splash I was apprehensive hence I ordered a decant of Lancome oud bouquet which I had previously bought from Dubai and their decant of perfume was exact original perfume not even minutest difference this established my trust in them.
I once ordered a flanker perfume instead of another flanker of the same perfume and emailed the team to cancel my order and without any questions, my order was cancelled and I received the refund the very same day.
There was another instance 2-3 hours post placing the order I thought of adding few more perfumes samples seeing so many irresistible choices which are very difficult to procure since covid as one doesn’t travel abroad much and I emailed the customer care and Gaurav responded personally and happily agreed to add more products in the existing order.
They really care about their customer base, most of the time when I place an order I receive free samples of other perfumes and also a cute notepad.
these small things really focus on their attention to detail and curating a pleasant experience shopping with them,
trust them, you would not be cheated like other perfume sites selling fakes and take a leap of faith I am certain you will be definitely not disappointed even the slightest
