This company first do not pay salaries to their employees on time and also never settle full and final payments of exit employees for years. When anyone joins this company irrespective of his qualifications , relevant work experience he or she will/can be any other totally new assignment.

I wonder is there any other foremost reason for an employee to work for any employer apart from all very obvious reasons like professional growth, exposure, learning etc..
