Had ordered a Stag tshirt for my brothers birthday. After 3 days, they call up for a confirmation, which I happily confirmed too. On the 4th day, another call comes up saying that they couldn’t deliver to my location. Some shock I got. I asked why, and they responded saying that it was because of COD option.
Opened the website, saw that these are out of stock.
Manager doesn’t know what to do. They need to take decisions that should benefit the business, being in the service sector.
