I bought this product from SPRING AIR 6 inches for 40k+ and the product is giving me immense back pain, I have been trying support to come and look at it using twitter and customer call center but they will just not come back, only option left is consumer court now. I have been calling Mr. Gupta but he is using very strong language and doesnt look like a customer friendly organization. I got one product in the past and it’s quilt became loose in the first week replaced it with second and this also gave me immense pain and sagging in a month but the SPRING AIR will just not come and look at it
