I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Springtek Mattress. After being a regular customer for the past three years—having purchased four single mattresses for two double beds—I trusted them again in January 2025 and ordered a new set of mattresses for our double bed. Unfortunately, this time has been a complete disaster.
The product delivered was damaged and uneven, making it unfit for proper use. I immediately raised a complaint and, as requested by their team, I sent them multiple photos and videos to show the issue. Despite sharing clear evidence several times, they kept asking for more and remained unconvinced.
In an effort to resolve this amicably, I even offered to let a company executive visit my home to verify the size difference in person. Shockingly, they declined the visit citing fear of COVID—a reason that feels completely outdated in 2025, when the world has moved on and normalized.
I genuinely don’t know when this “pandemic” will end for Springtek, but their reluctance to provide proper support is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, after weeks of follow-ups, they have stopped answering calls altogether. The product quality might be average, but their customer service is a serious liability.
I’ve attached photos of the damaged product below and leave it to the public to decide whether this is acceptable from a reputed brand.
This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and I will never recommend Springtek to anyone. I sincerely hope others don’t face what I did.

Person contacted from escalation desk but now there contact number is non contactable and the incoming call on this number is not allowed. I wonder they don’t have money to reacharge. ??
