If you love zero after sales service, terrible quality mattress after spending a chunk of your hard earned money, then please go for Springwel. Heres my story:
I have no vested interest in writing this review. I am not connected to any mattress or foam company which is competing with Springwel. I am just a consumer who has been given a run around since the time I have purchased Springwels pocket spring mattress in Dec 2015.
It came with a 6 year warranty. Within 3 months of purchase it started showing signs of wear and tear. After numerous calls and follow ups, finally one Mr. Salim(Mumbai) came to our place, saw the mattress and left. That was the end of that inquiry.
We raised a complaint again in April 2016 when there were further signs of wear and tear. Mr. Salim again came, took pictures, said he will revert in 2 days and he never did. I followed up on several occasions with him and all I heard from him was that he has sent my case for approval from his superiors. For the record, Mr. Salim never kept his word when he said he will call back. If he can show me one call on his phone bills to my number ever since this whole transaction, I will withdraw this review unconditionally.
I went to the store from where I purchased it and Mr. Salim had informed that the damages on the mattress is not because of the quality but because of how we have used it. We are two adults without any kids who use the bed for sleeping purposes only. I am not sure what he thinks we do on the bed besides what normal people do. Stooping down to the level of blaming your customers is another level of low.
