Very poor after sales service and very poor finishing in the product. I purchased 5" Comfort Deluxe mattress. firstly, they delivered Comfi mattress which is lower end version of the mattress under comfort collection. Moreover, the company has even stopped manufacturing Comfi mattress.
Secondly, when they replaced it with Comfort mattress that was not Comfort they again made some modification in Comfi and delivered to us as Comfort Deluxe. The second mattress doesn’t even look like an authentic Springwel mattress.
The stitching was not proper and the foam was coming out from the corners. The stitching wasn’t uniform at all and in one corner there was no material inside. It very much feels like the local made mattress was delivered to us with Springwel labels in it.
May I know how to escalate this issue among Springwel authorities? Very much disappointed with Springwel mattresses. The company should also take this matter seriously as it might be possible that some insiders might be selling local made mattress with Springwel labels on it. If Springwel customer care/authorities are monitoring this page, please message me to know from when and from where I purchased springwel mattress.
