I think of Sprite as the Coca-Cola of the Cola World. Both are tops in its own league in its own way. So therefore, Pepsi would be number 2 when battling for the Cola wars and Sprite would be number 1, where 7Up ranks a whopping second.
Design of the Product
I really like the design of Sprite. It comes in a green can and has a cool stylized Sprite symbol on it. The slogan is even better! It makes no sense, but is still cool.

About the Drink
The drink is a ginger ale-y type of drink with an added lemon flavor so it is disguisable from Schweppes and prevents itself from any future lawsuits, hehe. The drink is absolute thirst quencher. I love the aftertaste but the only downside to it is that you burp a lot after it. No joke, everytime I have one, I will burp about 5 or 6 times until I get slapped from by anyone in the surrounding area. I don’t know of anyone who does not like Sprite and that is simply because we all love the taste.
Sprite vs 7UP?
7up does not carry enough lemon flavor and it not as sweet as Sprite. The recipes for the drink have to be somewhat different so I guess Sprite stopped at the level where it was too sweet and 7UP couldnt overpass that.
Promotions
The promotions for the product are incredible. Spell Sprite, win cash. Those promotions are pretty impossible since they will only print out about 2 T’s but still it gets people to buy their product.

Overall Thoughts
I would recommend this drink to anyone who needs a thirst quenching and wants to rid themselves of the evil 7UP Drink that is sour and nothing special. Buying the drink is great because you will have access to many of the promotions. Serve yourself with various sizes of it but all in all enjoy the taste, because thats why its there!
