I recently bought a Spykar jeans of the make Lycra from their official showroom at Noida sector - 18 market and was pretty happy with the material and the rest.
The salesman at the showroom promised me that the cloth would lose just a hint of color at the first wash and that too from the bottom end of the cloth and nothing else would happen. Which is what happened, though there was a lot of color loss.
Anyway, I took, but when I washed the same the second time, It blew my lid off, when the color was let by the cloth so much that for a moment I felt it would go pale. Now this is not the only thing.
Spykar guys at the showroom asked me to leave my number on the guest book, while they would take 30 minutes to get the clothe altered, as they would call me the moment it happens. I happily paid and left my number. Since that day till now, I have been getting UNSOLICITED messages on my cell phone from Spykar.
I wrote to their managers on email a couple of days back to which I have not received a reply yet. I would say a simple thing, the brand may be good, but if this is the way they work. In today’s times of the consumer associating only with the best. Spykar SUCKS and I would never want to ever shop with them or would recommend the same to anyone else.
