These guys are biting off, more than they can chew. They call you using top builder’s names, as if they are calling from the developer’s direct sales. Then you come to know, they are brokers. And they never complete their visit, no service to client. Just pulling clients by calling extensively, then leave them in thin air. Zero star ??
