Is a very bogus company. I had a lot of tension at home so I had joined the company as a Business Development Executive. I have done very honestly where I have worked so far but I have shared a very bad experience with this company. I had joined in August and left in October.
The office has been under pressure since morning. Motivation and pressure team leader was giving since every morning. Every day we have stress like 120 connected calls, lead generation, site visit and generating sell from Phone call. He was paying very little for it. There was a salary on the "offer letter" and less than half in hand. I had attended the last 30 days and my 22 day payment was paid to me by Square Yard. This is a very dirty company. The team leader had been cursing since morning. Senior leaders, HR recruiters are not good in the company.
If there is an emergency they do not give leave. This is not Employee oriented company. They do business with employees in everything. Please don’t waste your career with Square Yard. I know myself, I have bright future. I would curse the square yard if I had the opportunity to guide the business
