Through Square Yards we have taken 4 Units and the Builder is Cyber Thum. We paid amounts in the month of Mar’19 and Square yards didn’t give the agreements. No one in Square Yards is genuine, even CEO. Better not fall into traps by these marketing companies. And more interesting aspect of Square Yards team is if we ask questions about the communication then they say a great answer from Regional Head "oh sorry I am not sure who sent email from my email" and later Square Yards team said its with Builder we cannot handle, if you want you can deal directly with Builder. They don’t have accountability on anything so better don’t be a prey for these type of giants, don’t invest in these type of worst & unaccountability companies just by looking at branded marketing strategies. Builder gave post cheque’s for cancelling the deal and they stopped the cheque’s. When Builder don’t have capability to enough resources for the project then why Square Yards doing false marketing?
