I purchase my sandal on 25.08.19 Sunday @ newmarket SL outlet and paid 450 for that, My suitable size is 3 the salesman show me the 3 size but he by mistake pack size 4 after returning home when I saw my purchase to my mom then I realize that is wrong size just because its late for that day so I called next day at landline no of SL and ask for exchange 1st he rudely reply me u have a bill just see the back side for information and when I again called and ask the same then he said come within 7 days from the purchase at same outlet withing morning 9 to 12 except Sat n Sun. As a working woman it’s quit impossibly for me to go there at that time after that anyhow I mAnasultange and go there at 28.08.19 and ask for size 3 but the salesman told me they don’t have that size so I ask when I got that he said you just choose any other and I have to choose because they deny to return the money and when I choose a sandal of rs 385 than again they refuse to return the balance amount and ask me to purchase something else or leave the balance I have to compromise with my choice just because of salesman flout and purchase of socks which I totally no need
