I am highly disappointed and have been cheated by Sri Durga Automobiles, DELHI during my recent experience. My car had met with a small accident wherein I had claimed insurance claim. I was intially given an estimate of INR 50000/- to claim insurance claim and ended paying INR 20000/- for same after the claim.
The part of the car which was dented and painted already has got cracks and the paint is chipping, which clearly shows the extremely poor and low quality of workmanship for which I have been charged a bomb.
One of the side claddings has fallen off due to a very minor impact and to my utter astonishment it is RED in colour from inside, which means that they had painted on it which to me seems to be an old cladding since few locks in the same also seem to be broken. I was charged for a new one which as per my car colour should have been black but have been given a red colour repainted one. This is surley not acceptable and seems I have been cheated. I would like to approach the senior authorities for justice or would have to move consumer court to resolve the same.
