I’ve been with Srilankan Airlines since I was a child of four. Ofcourse, im still a kid now, buy I think im old enough to write a review. When I use to live in Canada, Srilankan Airlines was the most cheap. It was also worth the money you spent. It not only has excelent service, but has extra seat features. For example a Tail Camera as entertainment and a remote. I also really loved the cabin seats that were blue. I heard though that they changed the color. Im not sure though. The food looked delicious, but it wasnt like a meal from a resturant. Just average. It was a very smooth ride.
What I didnt like about Srilankan Airlines was when we went to trichy from Toronto, they lost out luggage. It took about 2 weeks to arrive. Then when we returned to Canada, they lost our luggage again! It took I think 3 weeks to arrive. Im not exactly sure. The entertainment system is ok. When I went on it last, it was like a live television. There were like channels(in srilankan airlines. not like fox or anything) that played movies at certain times. For example I remember I think at 3 o clock, they played shrek 3 and Surfs Up. And other stuff that I didnt pay attention too. Last time I went, it was kind of like a live television. If you miss half of it, you just have to wait for another showing. The movies were very recent. I remember my sis watching shrek 3 in theatres a week or so before going on the plane.
