My dad was admitted for a minor surgery.We had asked for a VIP room.They gave us the worst dungeon like room in the Suite area.The cleaning staff do a horrible job.God, the food is bland and watery.My dad is not a diabetic or does require special diets. The nurses are full of attitude. Like they’re doing us a favour or something.
The doctors don’t give a damn.Its a teaching hospital, i understand.But why are they allowed to handle the patients in the VIP areas.The doctors treat the attenders like they’re idiots.
They changed us 500 rupees for a suture removal which should be free and it was done in a storage room kind of area.
Highly insulting, lazy, apathetic hospital!
