Hello friends sri sai automobiles situeted at kalpna centre bus stand road kakinda. Before two months I purchased yamaha fazer version 2.0 of red gray colour of worth rs. 1.1 lakh.
People of sai showroom were very good when I went first day, but second day when I went to take out my bike from showroom they were changed like anything. They were maintaining my bike according to them and I told them to modify it but they were simply saying this part is not available and so much execuses. Three days I ran for taking my bike out from there . perday some documentation problems they were creating. At my first servicing also they took extra charges whereas it should be totally free from yamha company. Finally I argued and told them to claim to consumer forum then they did it. Their servicing is also third class. I don’t like their way of behaving with costomer. One of my friend was working there, infact she only recommanded that showroom but now she is also not there. She left job due to irrisponsible behaviour of owner and teammates. Showroom location is very good in middle of the city but I will never suggest anyone to purchase bike from there. It’s my personal view and my experience was just terrifying.
