Ambience: The environment was unhygienic, and the place looked poorly maintained. Not a comfortable space to sit and eat.
Customer Service: Staff were slow and not welcoming. No proper response to basic requests.
Value for Money: Prices might be low, but not justified given the poor quality and experience.
