Worst staff courtesy and bullying customers

I am writing this review based on my experience with Sri Sri Sri - Banjara Hills Branch. I bought a duster on 5-Dec-2013 and no doubt its a better car. Along with the car I was offered certain accessories such as seat covers, mud flaps, floor mats, mud flaps and chrome exhaust. On the delivery date I visited the showroom thrice to make the payments and also to make sure that the car is given on time with all the committed accessories. I have also in constant touch with Mr. Balu and Mr. Srikanth who are the sales executives there. I booked the slot between 6-8PM for the delivery of the car.


To my surprise, I was shocked to see that inspite of my repeated visits and calls, the accessories were not even opened from the bags. These executives were bullying me with all sorts of reasons that it will be fitted in 10 mins etc.Ultimately, Mr. Srikanth convinced me to take the delivery of car without fitting the accessories and committed to me that the next day it would be done.


Day 2: Again I have been calling Mr.Balu and Mr. Srikanth. and they confirmed me that I can come to showroom anytime for the fitting. I decided to go there at 4.00PM and luckily before reaching I called the showroom to intimate that I am starting for getting the fittings done. Again Drama started by Mr. Balu whose acting skills are far better than Amitabh Bachan and Shahrukh Khan. He informed me that the service people are leaving and he postponed it to Day 3.


Day 3: From morning I have been contacting for chrome exhaust(as it was not given earlier with delivery) and the service guys. Mr. Balu(Amitabh and shahrukh combination) had told me that everything is ready and I can come anytime. I started of from office and traveled to showroom which is 20 km away from my office before lunch time. Once I reached there, I inquired about the chrome exhaust and both Mr. Srikanth and Mr. Balu have informed that everything is present and it will take an hour to complete fitting. After 2 hours I went to car to see the fitting of seat covers and I asked them about chrome exhaust. Mr. Balu(F*r) have told me that its not there and I need to visit the showroom again on Day 4(date of review).


I got very pissed off with the drama and actions of these sales representatives. Why don’t Renault have some more dealers rather than giving to these kind of unprofessional people. Folks, please be careful about these representatives who will bully you with their dramas, actions.
