A road side service would be 100% better than this services.They play with customers without proper servicing done.i gave for servicing with a problem where the right side self start kit is rotating but they changed my left side hand holder.
No proper coordination among themselves.One who services vehicle left the showroom without completing servicing.Their call agent called me and told servicing is completed with a bill amount of 2234.
When I went there with payment paid and exit slip they are showing my vehicle as it is with just changing the left hand side kit.when I told the problem they are saying right hand side kit is unavailable with their spare part department.I casually rechecked the same with spare part department and to my agony it’s available.WT hell.Despite of changing the left hand side kit they didn’t even contact their spare part department.
They called me to come other day(3’15pm)and when I came to collect the bike at 4pm.The security guard is saying centre is closed at 3’30pm.
To add on they never told me closure time over the call.
VERY VERY POOR COORDINATION.
Please please do not buy a vehicle here and never give for servicing here.the worst service ever seen .These people deserve no rating at all.
